Role: B1 Engineer
Location: Aberdeen
Hours: Full time - 7 on 7 off
Salary: £54,590 + £6,500 Shift Allowance + 2nd Type Rating additional £4,000 + 3rd additional Type rating £2,000
Our client is seeking B1 engineer for Aberdeen Airport line station. They are seeking a self-motivated individual with existing line maintenance experience, with the ability to supervise personnel and prove a flexible working attitude in a fast changing sector.
Responsibilities:
- Routine servicing and defect rectification of West Atlantic’s 737-400 and 737-800 fleet.
- AOG recovery.
- Maintaining a safe and compliant working environment, adhering to all company procedures, policies, and regulations.
- Supervision and mentoring of Aircraft Mechanics
- Travel to UK line stations when needed
- Flying spanner duties
Experience:
- Aircraft Line Maintenance experience
- Flying Spanner experience
- UK CAA Part-66 B1 License holder
- Boeing 737-CL Type Rating
- Boeing 737-NG Type Rating
- ATR 72 Type Rating (Desirable)
- Good IT Literacy, experience with Trax Emro desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
