Role: Sales Manager – Line Maintenance and Learning Solutions
Location: This is a mobile/hibrid role where you will be required to attend Stansted once per week.
Hours: Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:00, Friday 08:30 - 14:30
Salary: Basic plus car allowance £76,000:00
- Job Purpose
- We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead revenue generation across
- Storm Aviation’s Line Maintenance operations and Learning Solutions Division (UKCAA / EASA Part-147 and Part-145 technical trainings, and corporate training). This role is responsible for identifying, winning, and expanding client relationships while delivering against defined sales targets. With a strong focus on Line Maintenance, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Storm’s commercial strategy and long-term growth.

- Operating Environment
The role is based at the Head Office at Diamond Hangar, Stansted Airport, Essex or from home but travel will be required as a large part of the role
The normal working day is between 08:30 and 17:00 on Monday to Thursday and between 08:30 and 14:30 on Friday. 30 minutes is provided for lunch.
- Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge
We’re looking for a target-driven sales performer with strong commercial acumen and
excellent relationship-building skills. An aviation background is welcome but not essential
what matters most is your ability to close deals, grow accounts, and contribute to Storm
Aviation’s next phase of growth.
- Proven B2B sales experience, managing full-cycle opportunities from lead to contract.
- Track record of exceeding targets and growing key accounts.
- Understanding of (or interest in) aviation services, maintenance, or training environments.
- Excellent communication and proposal writing skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Monday.com) and Microsoft 365 (Teams, Excel, SharePoint).
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Willingness to travel across the UK and internationally as required
