We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Mechanic to join our dynamic maintenance team. The successful candidate will have a valid EASA and the ability to efficiently carry out maintenance tasks in accordance with EASA regulations. With a focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence, the Licensed Mechanic will play a key role in ensuring the airworthiness of our fleet, including aircraft types such as A320, B737, B777, and A350. This role offers the opportunity to gain types upon completion of probation.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on aircraft in compliance with EASA regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and company procedures.
- Conduct fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure the operational readiness of aircraft.
- Ensure all work is documented correctly and completed to the highest safety and quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with engineers, licensed staff, and support teams to meet operational deadlines.
- Participate in inspections, including daily or pre-flight checks, to detect mechanical or operational issues.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in a safe, clean, and serviceable condition.
- Stay up to date with industry standards, technical publications, and safety protocols.

Qualifications
- Valid Part 66 A License (EASA) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in aircraft maintenance without specific type rating, with exposure to aircraft such as A320, B737, B777, and A350 as an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of engineering practices, safety standards, and relevant aviation regulations.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and respond to operational demands as required.
Day-to-Day
- Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot aircraft electrical, mechanical, and structural systems.
- Report and log maintenance activities via the company’s maintenance management system.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering and operations teams to meet maintenance schedules.
- Assist in part replacement, adjustments, and system modifications where necessary.
- Attend briefings, toolbox meetings, and ongoing training sessions to maintain compliance and enhance skills.
