Role: Customer Support Executive to help with our busy customer support department.
Location: Altrinham - Manchester
Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 (DOE)
Hours: Full time Mon - Fri 08:00 - 16:30 (flexibility for overtime needed)
Essential:
Microsoft Word / Excell experience necessary and a methodical approach to the role is essential
Accountabilities:
• Planning customer order progress with workshop manager
• Raising and managing cost quotations to customers
• Raising and managing purchase order to suppliers
• Raising and managing customer weekly status reports
• Raising and managing customer invoices
• System customer order progressing and monitoring
• Warranty order progressing and managing
• Front line communication experience with customer is desirable
