In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, inspecting, and certifying aircraft in compliance with EASA regulations while ensuring safety and operational excellence. Responsibilities
- Perform and certify maintenance, repair, and modifications on aircraft in accordance with EASA Part-66 B1 license scope.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety guidelines, including EASA Part-145 and airline-specific requirements.
- Conduct detailed inspections and fault diagnosis on various aircraft systems for the following platforms: A320, B737, B777, A350.
- Oversee and provide technical support to maintenance teams during aircraft service.
- Maintain high standards of documentation and reporting to ensure traceability and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Support and mentor junior engineers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
- Proactively contribute to safety management systems and quality assurance initiatives.
- Champion diversity, equality, and inclusion in daily operations and team interactions.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid EASA Part-66 B1 License.
- Type rating certifications on at least two of the following aircraft types: A320, B737, B777, A350 (Additional ratings are considered an advantage).
- Proven experience in aircraft maintenance and troubleshooting under EASA requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret technical manuals and work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to following safety and regulatory protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and occasionally travel for operational requirements.

Day-to-Day
- Perform pre-flight checks and scheduled maintenance on assigned aircraft.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize aircraft downtime.
- Conduct routine and non-routine inspections with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain an accurate record of maintenance tasks performed and certify completed work.
- Collaborate with pilots, engineers, and operational staff to ensure seamless delivery of aircraft for operations.
- Actively participate in team meetings and continuous improvement discussions.
- Provide mentorship, training, and support to junior team members to strengthen overall team performance.
- Contribute and adhere to workplace initiatives aimed at promoting an inclusive and respectful culture.
