Salary: £25,000.00 (Basic) + Commission
Hours: Full Time
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Aviation Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a keen interest in the aviation industry. This role will involve building and maintaining relationships with clients in order to drive sales within the aviation sector.
Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients within the aviation industry.
Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
Respond to RFQ's and prepare accurate and competitive quotes
Share relevant materials and push lists and availability to generate interest
Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
Source parts from trusted suppliers to meet specific customer demands whilst maintaining quality and compliance
Utilise network and intelligence to source hard to find or time-sensitive parts
Maintain accuracy in pricing, documentation and transaction records
Utilisation of internal systems to track activities and performance
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, 1-2 years, within the aviation industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand client needs.
A proactive and results-driven approach to sales.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
Day-to-day
Conducting sales calls and meetings with potential clients.
Developing and presenting sales proposals and solutions.
Attending industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads.
Collaborating with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns.
Keeping accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
